If you want to get information about Indonesian culture, this is the right place for you. National Museum located in Jakarta, at Jalan Merdeka Barat, near Monumen Nasional. If you use transjakarta busway, you have to stop at Monumen Nasional Shelter.

There’s an elephant statue in front of the museum. That’s why, the museum aslo called “Museum Gajah”. Gajah is elephant in Indonesian.

You have to pay Rp 5000 for the ticket. Quite cheap for a museum ticket.

Now we go to the front door. There are a couple of statue there. Made from stone I think. Quite spoooky, coz it’s so dark there.

After we pass the front door, ther’s a big map of Indonesia. Sooo big till it make the whole wall covered by the map.

I try to make an svg map format from .shp file with Global Mapper 9. It works with UK map that i’ve downloaded from the suas server example link. It produce SVG, but SVG in desktop style. I need SVG tiny for my mobile application. Still need more research to make it as what i want. Wish me luck ^_^

in the middle of the night (almost sleep)

I’m not finding how to view an SVG tiny on WTK 2.5.2 bundled in netbeans 6. The SVG tiny file can be shown in project window, fit on WTK screen, but when I run the project, it can’t be shown in the WTK 2.5.2 screen. Still don’t know how to solve it

Sebelum waktu “perubahan” itu, gw selalu beranggapan kalo manusia itu emang ada yang pinter, ada yang gob**k. Nah, gw kebagian yang goblok. Pas kelas dua SMA tuh, gw ngerasa gob**k- gob**knya. Nggak tau, gw suka aja nganggep temen gw yang pinter sebagai anak yang sombong, nerd, nggak seru hidupnya, pokonya yang nggak gw banget de. Sementara kerjaan gw waktu itu standart anak SMA kelas 2, bolos, ngeband (walaupun nggak pernah manggung dengan sukses), tae kwon do (meski sering kena KO), maen nggak jelas, mimpi pengen jadi rockstar, n kegiatan-n kegiatan yang gitu itu de. Bodo banget kan gw,  =D.
Nah, suatu  saat,  waktu itu siang- siang gitu, gw lagi duduk sendirian di kursi deket lapangan voli. FYI aja ne, sekolah gw itu punya 2 lapangan, satu lapangan basket, sama satu lapangan voli yang letaknya bener- bener nggak “centre” bgt de. Balik ke cerita gw. Waktu itu gw ngeliat tmen gw yang pinter lagi pada ngumpul, lagi main- main voli kecil- kecilan gitu (main lempar2an bola voli gitu). Nggak tau, waktu itu gw tiba- tiba aja nyadar kalo mereka itu sama aja kayak gw. Nggak ada bedanya. “Ternyata orang pinter itu sama aja ya kayak gw”, batin gw bilang gitu.
Dari situ, gw langsung nyadar bgt kalo di dunia ini nggak ada orang yang yang lahir pinter, bego, kaya, miskin, dll de. Kaya, miskin, pinter, bego itu cuma resiko yang terjadi karena mereka nglakuin sesuatu. Lo blajar, lo pinter. Lo kerja keras, lo kaya. Lo ngegampar orang, lo dikeroyok. N lain-n lain lagi de.
Gw baru tau, sadar, kalo idup itu cuma masalah sebab n akibat,  resiko n hasil. Lo semua pasti udah tau itu kan. Dan gw brani taruhan, untuk nyadar akan hal itu, lo pasti punya cerita kayak gw tadi.
